Studio Policies

  • All packages or pre-purchased classes/sessions are non-refundable:
    • Mix-n-Match Packages: 4-pack expires in 5 weeks & 8-pack expires in 9 weeks
    • Zumba-Only Packages: 4-pack expires in 5 weeks & 8-pack expires in 9 weeks
    • All Unlimited Mix-n-Match packages expire 1 month from date of purchase
    • Pilates Private and Duet packages expire 6 months from date of purchase
    • Auto-Renewal Packages expire 1 month after the billing date. Unused Auto-Renewal sessions do not carry over to the next month.
  • Unused classes/sessions are not eligible for reimbursement.
  • Clients must schedule themselves for every class/session they plan to attend, preferably via the online scheduler, at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class/session time.
  • Cancellations must be made via email or phone at least 24 hours prior to a scheduled class/session time. Otherwise, a class/session will be deducted from the purchased package or will be billed separately.
  • A $25.00 late cancellation fee will be charged for any Massage Therapy session which is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled session time or for any Massage Therapy session which is missed without notice.
  • Cancellation requests for any Auto-Renew Program must be received via email 14 business days in advance. Click here to download the cancellation request form.
  • Auto-Renew Programs may be frozen once per year for a minimum of 30 days. Freezing an Auto-Renew Program more than one time in a given calendar year or for less than 30 days will require payment of a $15 fee.   • Classes or Duet Sessions may be cancelled by the instructor at any time if the minimum attendance requirement is not met.
  • Childcare services are not provided at our facility. Children may not accompany clients during any class or session, except for classes that are designated specifically for kids. Please make arrangements for childcare prior to your scheduled class or session.

Inclement Weather

  • In the event of snow, ice or other severe weather, please be sure to allow yourself enough time to safely arrive on time to your class or session.
  • If weather is especially bad and it's decided that the studio should be closed for the day, you will receive a phone call to notify you that the studio will be closed.
  • Our classes and sessions will be cancelled if there is a snow emergency for Marion County.
  • To be sure we can reach you if your scheduled class or session is cancelled due to inclement weather, please make sure to take the time to update your account in the Online Scheduler to ensure we have the correct contact information on file.
