Classes Offered
Mat classes (both Pilates and Yoga) are intended for those with limited or no physical impairments.
Instructors will do their best to provide modifications to the exercises allowing clients to participate at various levels of ability.
Private or Duet Pilates sessions are recommended for those who have specific needs, such as injuries or
limitations in movement that cannot be addressed in a Pilates Mat class.
Beginning Pilates
Learn the fundamental Pilates movements that will take your body on a journey toward achieving control and balance.
During each class, you will work on developing the connection between body and mind.
Beginning/Intermediate Pilates
Expand upon the fundamental Pilates movements with intermediate exercises.
This invigorating class incorporates both beginning and intermediate exercises while providing options for everyone to participate at their level of ability.
Group Reformer
Classes with the Reformer and Tower provide a challenge for even further development of the Pilates technique.
It is a great way to supplement Private or Duet sessions at the most cost effective Group Reformer rate in Indianapolis!
Classes run in 5-week sessions with a 3-client per class minimum requirement.
There is a prerequisite of 5 Private/Duet sessions, or instructor approval in order to participate.

Pilates with props
Pilates Mat exercises are taught using resistance circles, resistance bands, small hand weights, BOSU, Pilates arc, or inflatable balls.

Belly-Dancing

The introductory Belly Dance class is a low-impact cardio session that incorporates core movement with coordination.
Participants will learn the basic fundamental Belly-Dancing movements that are essential to isolating abdominal muscles and encouraging spinal articulation.
The invigorating mind and body connection that you'll find from participating in this class will leave you with a refreshed feeling.
Beginning Yoga
Learn the gentle flow of the fundamental Yoga movements.
Zumba®
The Zumba program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away.
Our goal is simple: We want you to want to work out, to love working out, to get hooked. Zumba fanatics achieve long-term benefits while
experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life!
The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.
Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got a Zumba class!
Zumba® Toning
Blend body-sculpting techniques and specific Zumba moves into one calorie-burning, strength-training class.
You'll learn how to use weighted, maraca-like Zumba Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm, build strength and tone all the target zones.
Zumba® Gold

Specifically designed to take the exciting Latin and International dance and fitness program created in the original Zumba program and bring
them to the beginner, active older adult and all participants needing modifications for a successful class. Created to emphasize the basic steps of Zumba,
this explosive program is so easy to follow, that everyone of all ages can do it!
BOOT - Lates (Seasonal)
BOOT-Lates may include all major pieces of Pilates equipment including the Pilates Reformer, Wunda Chair, Spine Corrector not limited to Inflatable Balls,
Resistance Bands, Resistance Circles, BOSU, and Pilates Arc and traditional Boot Camp exercises. Classes run in 5-week sessions with a 3-client per class
