Group Reformer
Classes with the Reformer and Tower provide a challenge for moving through the Pilates technique. It is a great way to supplement Private or Duet sessions at a great price. Classes run in 5-week sessions with a 3-client per class minimum requirement. There is a prerequisite of 5 Private/Duet sessions, or instructor approval in order to participate.

Pilates Mat exercises are taught using resistance circles, resistance bands, small hand weights, BOSU, Pilates arc, or inflatable balls

Zumba®
The Zumba program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got a Zumba class!
Zumba® Toning
Blend body-sculpting techniques and specific Zumba moves into one calorie-burning, strength-training class. You'll learn how to use weighted, maraca-like Zumba Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm, build strength and tone all the target zones.
BOOT - Lates
BOOT-Lates may include all major pieces of Pilates equipment including the Pilates Reformer, Wunda Chair, Spine Corrector not limited to Inflatable Balls, Resistance Bands, Resistance Circles, BOSU, and Pilates Arc and traditional Boot Camp exercises. The introductory belly-dance class is a low-impact session that incorporates core movement with coordination. Participants will learn the basic fundamental Belly-Dancing movements that are essential to isolating abdominal muscles and encouraging spinal articulation. The invigorating mind and body connection that you'll find from participating in this class will leave you with a refreshed feeling.
